I must say I always had a soft spot for them. From the time of Martin Chivers and Jimmy Greaves and all that. They can beat any team on their day but they are damn inconsistent and can lose to any (#westham)
good thing about Chelsea though is they have had a lot of lucky results lately and i am just wondering if the refs have been told to look out for the diving twats and not give them anything unless its nailed on (like we had with Luis but even he has had stone wall ones turned down) could work in our favour, City i always expect them to hammer us with the players they have, but they never do, so who knows. as long as we come out of this ****ey fixture list with a few points, will give us good confidence going into jan hopefully and bit of luck still in top4.

points from those games are good as it is the competition around us. It is when it is a point against hull/palace/fulham, etc that it becomes a problem.
City is so schizoid. Away they are **** but at home I think most teams will get a hiding. At Stamford bridge they will get a last minute penalty and you have lost that point you were clinging to. At WHL they will suddenly click after playing **** the previous two games, and you will be at the end of a roller coaster game: 4-3. If you come out of this with more than 1 point, I think you will get top 4. But it is not going to happen.
As I always say, visiting The Emirates, Old Trafford, Eastlands, Stamford Bridge, etc is a case of "anything is a bonus".
Man Utd winning the league this year is deluded and not going to happen but your still have the hope and ambition for it to happen. Same applies here.
Wasn't it you that said something about the difference between aiming for top four and going for the title the other day? Something about going for the top four, the aim is not to lose to rivals whereas going for the title you have to aim to win those games? You've also made it fairly clear you don't think Liverpool will get top four and that top should be the aim too haven't you #contradictions

Yes of course. But for United, it would have been 2 points lost instead of 3 lost. You see what I mean...?
