Spurs will still play hard against Citeh
even if we are nowhere near the CL final.

Nope, I mean if City are already champions by the time Spurs play them and they(not Spurs)are still involved in the CL Pep might play what's basically a reserve side against Spurs.

But of course, you knew I meant that anyway.<laugh>

I think Arsenal are out of the equation. Now, three from Manchester United, Liverpool Tottenham and Chelsea.

Top 4 is done. Only question is whether Man Utd will come 3rd or 4th.

Chelsea are really going to have to get their collective finger out if they're going to compete now.

For Spurs, there are also the mind games involved.
Both could still be in the CL, and could even get
    drawn together.

So regardless of the Citeh PL shoo-in, Spurs :

    1. will probably need the 3 pts

    2. with a good win would send the message that even if
that CL draw occurs, Citeh are no problem.

Yep, unless we fall apart. A win next Saturday would be just what the doctor ordered. And tomorrow night as well <ok>

Put April 1 in your diaries : Battle of the Bridge part 2.
That IMHO will be their deciding game this season.

I am hoping Spurs are still at least 5 pts above
them come then. A demoralising performance against
    Barca would be a bonus.

TBH I think that one is going to be a tough game for cheslea as At that point they could even be out of FA cup due to away game v leicester and really should be out of CL to barca.

Cheslea have put themselves in a hole and its going to be tough to get out of. It does look currently a must win game for them.

Chelsea needing to play Tottenham and Liverpool and even Swansea:laugh: is not going to help them. Chelsea vs Liverpool is a penultimate game.. very crucial for both.

They should be paying Spurs for ensuring they
may not have to face Swansea in both the PL and
FA Cup for the remainder of the season.

Chelsea is only a few days after the CL semi-final but hopefully we can rest a few players and still get a result at the bridge

Your quote only mentions Arsenal's form?

I name sixteen sides that wouldn't be in the top four; aka everyone but the eventual top four!

stating the obvious is not a sign of intelligence, a dog could have barked out the no hopers you named.

it was a waste of keystrokes <ok>
