Who has deleted my thread?

I'll second that, it never used to be like this and why do we need 5 mods? the site is quieter now than it's ever been and we only ever had 3 mods back when it was busy, I didn't hear anyone complaining then.

 

Plus the patter is very pg rated now, wonder how they would cope with the return of the likes of Chappaz, Tash, Ninja etc.

Maybe it's time for a little pm get together for them, and for Gonads and Sid to have a word like.

 

Something need to be done mate, it isn't working at present. It used to be manic back then and don't forget the big chris's of this world and others that just came on to stir the ****e. They've got it too easy now, as my dear old granda used to say

f**k me what's happened? Went to end a happy chap thinking everyone would be and the same wake up expecting more happy threads and see this. Don't know what's happened but people like Super mods, normal mods and us little guys please read.

The majority of us don't know eachother from Adam, so if someone says to me go f**k ya sister, ya mams a whore etc. I'm not gonna cry about it, it's words. Remember the old sticks and stone saying. My mother and sister may be ill or have passed away, I'm not gonna take offense as people may not know.

Be happy man, don't think bad and if someone does offend in a bad way like racist then we should intercept. But it's becoming like a play yard with he said this so I said that and they banned me. If that's the case be happy thinking and knowing you are the bigger person.

I don't know brb or posh and I haven't a clue what they do and I don't care. Posh may be the most stunning woman ever or an extra from benefits street. But if I said either I'm sure she wouldn't take offence, only she would know and it's banter.

I don't care what people say about me or what threads are started. We need to start pulling together and stop letting people get to us and basically take it with a pinch of salt. As nobody really knows who we are or what we stand for.

It seems you're not suited for your 'job' if you can't handle a few daft lads slinging insults out over the internet.

From my own point of view I think it's poor that Mods are allowed to call me a **** and a bastard while banning me for saying much much less.

The Hull moderator comes to the Sunderland board calling people 'special needs' and laughing about it.
The Newcastle idiot bans me from their board and then sends me a series of creepy pm's.
The 'Leeds' mod has me banned then comes over to the Sunderland board to pursue me.

It's your mods you need to sort out, they cause more trouble than anyone else.

BTW, don't get yourself upset, if this place closed tomorrow it wouldn't matter one bit

That's four different mods from four different team boards albeit it one a supermod, that you highlight in your post, so its nothing to do with you trolling over the last 48 hours, then bringing all the problems back to the Sunderland board?

You've even stated in an earlier post yourself you are even banned from the Southampton board, so that makes it five mod problems.

I've got no problem with you personally but its just the irony of it all. Even the thread that got deleted on here yesterday, although nothing to do with you was deleted by one of your own mods. Maybe you need to look closer to home for the problem, rather than bouncing off Funkadelic to try and inflame the problem even more.

Like i indicated yesterday on another thread, you've done nothing but stir the pot, then you whine when you get banned from individual club boards. I was asked to deal with you long before you was removed from the Leeds board and i did nothing, hoping you would have your fun and go away...but no you just kept going back until i got a PM yesterday evening requesting your removal.

I'm outta here, I'll let the site owner resolve this one.

 

Of course it's partly my fault, as I've said a thousand times I'll always respond in kind.

I went onto the Leeds board, with a totally non-contentious thread and was met with insults and hostility .......... I responded in kind and they couldn't handle it.
When they couldn't 'put me in my place' they go squealing to you or whoever.

I'm not whining about being banned, I find it laughable and the people responsible pathetic. As I've never posted on the Leeds board before it's of no consequence to be banned from there is it?
I expected to be banned because I know people love to dish it out but can't take it .......... of course I was stirring the pot, I don't need telling by anyone.
It was as deliberate as the attacks on me.

If you believe the behaviour of people, on the Leeds board, is acceptable then that's your business .......... personally, I think it stinks.

Even after I was banned I have a mod pursuing me onto here which isn't moderating by anyone's definition ...... he stayed until one of our mods told him to go away.

The Hull posters swamped our board and one of your mods was particularly offensive laughing about people being 'special needs'.

Is it any surprise people go to the Hull board to 'stir the pot' a little?

By popular demand - we do not need to do yetanotherfuckingpoll - we can and will moderate our own board, this is what the majority here want and we NEVER want anyone 'else' to ban anyone upon the request of an individual from our board or any other. The same of course applies to any post or thread deletions.

If people do not like what is posted on this board - Posh/brb, please IGNORE IT and delete on sight, your intervention wiill never be welcome here and you're on a hiding to nothing! I think the problem here is systemic and there should be no final arbiter who is an 'outsider', the final decision has to be with the mods of their own board's. Seriously ...nothing else makes sense to me, however, I can't speak for all boards, it makes absolutely no sense here.

We have dissolved to the mentality of the Primary school yard where people go running to the supermods with their tittle tattle when things don't go their way? ...


Posh/brb ...on a sympathy scale of 1-10, I'll give you 4.2 - you are doing an impossible, mega-time-consuming, unwinnable, thankless and pointless task - so why IN THE F*CK are you still doing it?

Can I also say again: PLEASE DO NOT EVER MODERATE OUR BOARD.

 

Is the way forward is for no post/thread to be closed/removed until 3 out of the 5 mods agree unless it is genuinely offensive for racist/pornographic.

Articles should not be banned on a whim nor if the moderator is under the influence of alcohol/drugs/legal highs and a pm to the originator of the deleted article/thread should be prerequisite.

If a super mod wants anything deleted then they should agree with one of our mods.

Any deleted thread should have a brief explanation posted into a sticky thread for reference.

A little understanding and common sense can resolve this issue.

It wasn't drivel it was this. A football related thread. Your mods had no right to delete them, the more you deleted the more I posted it because IT BREAKS NO RULES

 

It doesn't fall within the Hull agenda so MUST be deleted .......... what a pathetic incestuous board they run over there.

 

And the Supermods allow it because they're incapable upholding the spirit of the board which they clearly don't give a **** about. Advertise a free for all, I expect a free for all
