I agree, Derek McInnes would be a excellent appointment, but so would Dave Jones who knows this division inside out! hes got teams to play off finals and won promotion to the prem with Wolves! great manager

In order this is my top 5

    1) Mcinnes
    2) Jones
    3) davies
    4) Sod
    5) Zola.

The reason why i have chosen Mcinnes is because he is a young, hungry and ambitious manager. He got the saints promoted and they are joint 4th in their first season in the SPL atm, and have 4 clean sheets away from home which two of them were at Celtic and Hearts 2-0 which were all away from home. And considering the size of the club(no offence to the saints) and there history and a average attendance of 3,000, that is quite incredible!

Bit surprised that people are making positive noises about SOD.
Didn't he get sacked by Donny cuz they were one of the few teams worse than us this season?
People are saying look at their injury list - but Saunders has come in and turned it around in no time.
Makes you wonder if SOD is able to motivate players - we could end up with the same problem we seemed to have with Millen.

The more I think about it the more I think McInness might be worth a shot assuming the like of O'Neill, Curbishley, Zola, Avram Grant and co aren't going to be applying.

No to S O'D, Tisdale or any of the other L1 managers but open to appointing Billy Davies, Mark Robins and then Dave Jones in that order.
