Personally think a Reading win is more preferable than the draw. Think they are really in trouble and won't do enough come May to stay up anyway.
Same. Not only because a draw or Reading win would keep us where we are in the table, but also because I think Reading are screwed even if they win tonight. If Sunderland win, they might just start turning it around.
Agree Reading win is best result as they will struggle all season and I would like to get as far ahead of Sunderland as possible as quick as possible as at sometime Mr O'neil will get them winning but hopefully no time soon!
1948: GOAL - Sunderland 1-0 Reading - James McClean (3 mins) Sunderland start brightly and are rewarded when James McClean smashes in on the turn from 18 yards after Adam Federici had punched out a corner to the edge of the box.
Disagree with those who have said a Reading win is best. I want QPR and/or Reading to be cut adrift asap. I would much rather be fighting over avoiding just one place, than two or three. The sooner we really can just completely forget about QPR and/or Reading, the better. Just saying or thinking that they are too poor to survive isn't enough for me, I want to see them mathmatically cut well adrift. A draw would definately be the best result, with a Sunderland win the second best. And a Sunderland win is surely what it will now be.
I know I want Bradford City to beat Arsenal..! Listening in, Bradford City are dominating Arsenal. Love it when the Underdog gives the Glamour club the runaround. 1-0. Very nearly 2-0 just a few minutes ago.
We drop one place if Sunderland win. Hope Wigan and Aston Villa lose on Saturday....psychologically, don't want to drop back into bottom three before our next game. Having a game in hand against Chelsea is not something to fill me with much hope.
Found a live feed and the first thing I saw was Bradford City playing triangles around the Arsenal players..! Hee-hee..!
Whatever the result, I am so impressed by Bradford City. Technically, their players are very capable indeed and they are coping very calmly and easily. Little flicks and one touch passes from them have been a delight. OK, Arsenal are applying pressure, but they should be out of sight and they are nowhere near. 1-0 it remains to Bradford City.
Reading are playing exactly the same as they did against us, nothing in the final 3rd at all it's ****ing awful.
Well tonight could have gone better... (I only just realised Villa aren't playing in the league! lol >_<) Still could have done with a draw between Sunderland and Reading, that result really gives Sunderland some confidence.
