Just imagining a situation where Tonda does really well as caretaker , we dither and someone else poaches him or a new incumbant doesn't want him as part of his team. Tonda moves eksewhere and is a revelation. This is more typical of SR.
SR are inept. This debacle is yet another example of their ineptness. It's a joke what they're doing to our club, they literally do not know what they are doing. They're literally running a circus.
If SR made a sensible appointment, someone with some UK experience, good man-manager, then I can live with that. Very unlikely though.
Dipped in and out last couple days. Bit depressing really. It does indeed seem like the Saints PR team are on the campaign, as they really want it to be Tonda. I mean there is always the chance that he may finally get a tune, but I somehow doubt it. Think we need a presence in the club, not another hipster appointment. Clearly a sensitive time for the club, as they must know the discontent is finally growing.
Yeah it is quite amusing that rasmus has copped the most hate from saints fans but him going over to goztepe has coincided with them having a couple of great seasons.
Lots of noise about Ole Gunnar Solskjær but I think it's most likely pie in the sky stuff, and like a lot of other posters on this forum I think SR are planning on keeping Tonda which to me smacks of a complete lack of ambition from the club. If true I think it's just another 16 - 1 shot gamble in the bookies they call Sports Republic, which I'm afraid will end up being strewn on the floor amongst the sea of other crumpled up discarded betting slips, and like the desperate dishevelled hacks that SR are they be onto writing out the next big 25 - 1 shot in the vain hope that at least one of these punts will finally come home. Inveterate gamblers to the very end!
