    It always puzzles me that some Irish people (like Sam Axe and oneleedsonefaith) dislike the English but support English football teams, that play in English cities, have lots of English players, English fans etc :confused:

    Yeah but no f****r actually speaks Gaelic. No conversation in either Scotland or Ireland has ever taken place in that language outside of a classroom. Whereas in the darkest, wettest, corners of Taff-Land, people do actually converse in something called "Welsh". F**k knows why, but they do.

    I was in Dublin a few year's back and heard people behind me speaking in what I thought was german. Was a bit surprised to realise it was Gaelic. I don't know whether people from Dublin speak English or Gaelic but either way i can't make out a bloody word of what they're saying.......
