Could well be it will take new much taller stands to expand at Loftus Road, but I doubt that this is an engineering impossibility, and while the existing area only is used, and higher stands are built on 2 sides of the stadium only, don't know that planning position is impossible either. I certainly hope the Club look at this possibilty before moving away from LR. The sky hooks could be put in for Chelsea fans :)

Yeah, I'm in this too. My Dad took me in 1966, and I saw the Rs 5/6 a season till 1975-1985 when I got a season ticket, saw all home matches and about 6-10 aways...and then I had kids but in 1997 I started to go again 5/6 a season...so I have been to hell and back too. Its all I can afford time and money-wise....but as long as I can go every now and then...and watch them on the TV and now EVERY WEEK on MOTD I am (fairly) happy. We need a new stadium, but only if we are a real premiership team...lets stay up, consolidate and then get a new stadium.... Worst thing in the world would be to get a 30,000 seater stadium and be in the championship or worse.

Price of success unfortunately! The better the quality, the higher the demand! Same could be said of a lot of top flight clubs and with a stadium smaller than some Div 1 clubs what do you expect? I also bought membership this year as a means of getting a slim chance to see the big games. Not tried yet so the jurie's out!
