I also like words that end in 'ster', it gives them a sort of jovial ring. 'Prankster' Doesn't really work with 'youngster' or 'hamster' though. These are my thoughts.
The problem with the lesbian women's rights brigade, is that they're winning all the fights in law. When I was a kid we used to put gays in prison for..... er.... being gay. Not any more. Not only is it legal now, but they have had the age of consent lowered to the same as that of straights (it was 21 but is now 16). They can get married, they can adopt and this is the bit that's really sneaky..... they even managed to get the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act amended to remove the "Need For A Father" clause which means in law that, where children are concerned, there is no actual requirement for a male parental figure in a child's life. Ask any divorced dad who wants to get custody of his kids against a vengeful ex wife what that's like. They've got the right to sue anybody who discriminates against them, and they win. Just ask the boarding house owners who turned a couple of gay men away how much it cost them. You see, what they've done is, they've started using the law to their advantage and using, as an example, the attitude of homophobes and bigots to show the politicians and Human Rights lawyers that, in their opinion, things must change. And they're obviously pretty persuasive because they keep winning. We might take the piss out of these women and we might have a laugh at their expense, but in the courts.... where it really really matters..... they're running dizzy circles round us. So, if you want the gays to keep on getting more and more rights, just keep right on giving them the ammunition they turn to their advantage. You're helping them win their battles
