That’s exactly what the policy is, guaranteed interview if they meet all essential criteria. I’d imagine all involved in this scenario would be invited for interview though. End of the day, the hard part is still to do, the interview. Even the best experience can crumble to **** in an interview.

Thats the thing - you just get an interview where you still need to convince the person(s) in front of you that you are the one who will be the best fit for that job . I still have nightmares about one interview .
