EH, how long is a good run? White started 38 matches last season & 14 matches so far this season. Tell me one game where he was outstanding in either season? And don't give me that pace nonsense. Without any other notable skills (like crossing!), pace just makes him a sprinter. We don't need sprinters, we need footballers.

Sorry to go on, but I'm fed up with this promise & pace thing. Neither of the two offer us what we need at this time. We need good crosses to make goals. He should go off somewhere to learn how to do it. One of the best crossers ever was Beckham (can't believe i'm writing this!!), but was it natural talent. No! He stayed back day after day to practice. Does White? Evidently not!

If the money was reinvested back in the team I'd get rid of the whole ****ing lot of them, apart from Ashdown, Byram, McCormack, Hall, Austin and Somma (if he comes back the same player).

Use the above six players along with Poleon, Thompson, Gimpel and the other youngsters. White, Lees, Peltier, Pearce, Green, Norris, Becchio, Varney, Gray etc etc need to go - they're just not good enough.

The whole place needs a total revamp, Bates out, Warnock out. Get some fresh ideas, a forward thinking manager with a modern outlook - and get us playing proper football again <ok>

That's simply not true though, is it? These players haven't just become crap overnight, we're playing poor system after poor system and moving players into every possible position while Warnock bangs on about how ****e they are. We've a lot of ****e in the squad at the moment, but we have a core of good players who could do well if played in the right system.

As for White, while he's obviously no Snodgrass or Gradel, he and Hall are the only two players we have who look like they could be capable of getting wide and bothering full backs. Play him in a position, and as part of a system, where he can get the ball and run at defenders and I think he could wreak havoc like he did against Everton. Belting the ball to Becchio and hoping he can stop it dead and hold it for 10 seconds isn't helping anyone in our team.

I said when he wasn't signing a contract we should let him go but got absolutely mauled. I thought he had the potential but has never progressed. In all honesty, if I was his agent I'd be telling him to move on because he won't progress here I don't think but could use a different club

He has the pace but is frightened to run at players, imo his best position is left wing but even there he isn't that good, needs to learn how to cross the ball I feel and also have the no fear running at defenders that Gradel had/has

Does anyone though jock. I was more referring to White having a good run in the same position. He's played in different positions, and the right side of midfield is definitely not where he should be. Don't know what the **** Warnock is playing at there.

Bit too early to say Hall doesn't offer anything. From what I've seen in the last 2 games Hall definitely looks like he could be good for us, and he's hardly played in an 11 man team yet ffs.

Well he looked like the only player that might actually do anything against the wall

EH, think you must have misread something somewhere. I've got nothing against Hall. In fact, I have very high hope for him. Like what I've seen so far, but would prefer him hugging the touchline. Suspect he may be acting under orders.

As for White, he played on the left all of last season, under 2 different managers & still did nothing. Can't understand why Warnock persists with him. He got rid of Clayton for his inconsistency. Clayton was a league above White!
