    If you're doing it to see how your team dynamics shape up together, rather than just looking at individul personality traits, then there is a similar thing called DISC that helps. If you're interested I'll try and find the link.<ok>

    My work have just invested some money with a company doing the 360 degree reviews. The results come through very soon. I'm looking forward to the results: always open to some feedback whatever it is like!

    I never claimed it was the key to enlightenment. A personality test on a website isn't going to help you find yourself. There's a lot more to it than that; but I wasn't going to make an entire 3-4 page thread about my own findings, was I?

    I just thought it was something we could all engage in.

    This test could just be the kick-start to the fire, if you will.

    It's not for everyone.

    The INTP title makes sense to me. I'm sure most of you have realised the ridiculous amount of detail I put into formations and tactics for match day threads. Most of the information is usually ignored because it's just overkill, but I can't help it.

    I notice little things about teams and I love picking out every little detail about games.

    It's one of the reasons I won the prediction league I was in, and I sort of gain pleasure when I see a game play out in a specific way that I saw before the game happened. I love analyzing football.

    My new job, on some days, gets me to think on my feet, and I have to work with equipment and see patients at the same time. I love having to solve problems and pick out certain patients and assess their issues.

    I sort of gain an intellectual orgasm when my brain is tested, and I can't stand routine work.

    The description of an INTP is mostly correct for me, but I share a lot of traits with the INTJ.
