A bar ( Tommy G's) held a "battle of the bands" at there establishment that my son and his band entered and won . They won a ton of stuff , from guitars to studio time . Went on all week during the evening , sometimes past midnight and the band got a bit tired here and there . Here's the kicker , everyone in the band was 15 years old , except the drummer, he was 11. They were kept in an off room and escorted individually to the stage when it was their turn to play and same when they were done , escorted individually back to the room . We parents , weren't in the running for " Parents of the Year " , in more than a few eyes but their music teacher was able to create the opportunity and we weren't going to walk past it .PS.........Chelsea
