I kind of want rid of the manager now, he has the players but nothing has improved.
That said, i don't believe every bit of tittle tattle i read in the news or on social media just because it suits me.

Personally I think this window is one too soon and you'll struggle on for a while.

There's no actual advantage to a club with lots of internationals sacking a manager over the international break to get time to work with players. Thats for small timers.

It can help if you need a week to go do a major release deal but otherwise it's not of any real use.

The assumption that rvn will take over is an interesting one but it does seem to be a flight of fancy. Do you think he would be turned to by the guys you've appointed as directors??
