Cant believe how much we miss barton,center midfield was barely league 1 standard,worried about wigan now!
I jthink that two games in 50 hours was a bit too much for some of the players not in first team recently, ie Derry & Buzz. However, I was impressed with Buzz's contribution, but getting back to mom, should have gne to Adam Smith MK Dons right back (on loan from Spuds). Just wonder whether he has what it takes to step into top flight...... Also, very impressed with MK Dons keeper. Maybe MOM award to SWP was an attempt to boost his confidence because that just appeared to be lacking.
With a few exceptions, we were woeful. I kept thanking God that team weren't playing against another PL team. Non existent in mid-field, first touch and control poor, and as much chance of scoring as my Gran. Very few positives but, as I think Fyler said, SWP can take a decent corner. Luke was his usual industrious self, as was Kenny but little else to crow about. Half term report... must do better!
I thought SWP put a lot of effort in, even if it wasn't his best performance. I thought Buzsacky was QPR's best player, though. [edit] or Gabbidon.
That's amazing. You have managed to pick out the two most disappointing players in a single sentence and without a trace of irony. MOTM: HH even if he was only on for a few minutes. Says it all.
