Sky understands Mick Harford has turned down the chance to join Joe Kinnear's staff at Newcastle United. Reports over the weekend suggested Millwall first team coach Harford had been offered a position at St James' Park, working alongside Joe Kinnear to improve the club's scouting network in the UK. But it now appears that the move has fallen through, with Sky sources saying Harford turned down Newcastle's offer. It's thought Harford believed it was the wrong time to move to the club, but he hasn't ruled out a move to Tyneside in the future.

Mick Harford told Sky: "I have declined an offer to be Joe Kinnearâs Assistant at Newcastle United. "After meeting with Mike Ashley and Joe Kinnear, I made the hard decision that it is not the right time for me to take up this role. "It was an honour to be asked to work at a fantastic club and I have the upmost respect for the Newcastle United and its fans. "I am currently enjoying a role helping out at Millwall, but would like to thank Mike Ashley and Joe Kinnear for the opportunity.â It's thought Harford had been offered a position aimed at improving the club's UK scouting network. It gets funnier!
Confirmation of the interest free loans cashley has given the club to hide its debt are now surfacing Get Ashley interested and ambitions for his team again, rather than simply clawing back the millions he has loaned it interest free. (Note: Ashely took back £11 million of his £140 million of loans in the last accounts, ensuring that rather than show a profit, the club broke even.)
Mags sniff at helmet cheese, even curdling cheese turns them down. ****ing bunch of corned beef bashers.
If I were a mag (god forbid that terrible disease were ever to afflict me) I'd really be starting to think that they were in deep ****e right now? Not one single senior player joined the club on August 22nd? Joke In Here joining the club? The manager hardly bubbling with excitement at Joke joining the club in the first place? Mutterings that senior player want out? Colocinni hardly staying with any conviction? Cisse at loggerheads with the club and not travelling with senior squad on pre season? Ashley announces he wants out (again)? News emerging that all the so called financial wizardry is just that - smoke and mirrors? Joke steaming in to scupper the only real attempt to get a senior player in? Taylor trying be used as a bargaining tool but refuses to be had so? Is there ANY positive news emanating from Sid James?
I almost spat my coffee out this afternoon when the radio announced Mackem Mick had told them to **** off? You could make this **** up could you? Well done Agent Mick AND Agent Joke
Speaks volumes choosing Millwall over the mags dont you think....sure his family were giving him some stick too ;-)
