I have no problem with West Ham they have had some great players over the years and played some really good football. They lost their way recently and became very predictable and lost their "Academy" tag. We have become the new club that everybody likes, have a great proper academy and play super football. No wonder their pride is dented and they hurt a little but they have a good manager and provided they can hold onto him they might get their reputation back.

Doubt I would have been confident of finishing above you in an Allardyce to Bilic transition season to be honest.

Now that Bilic has had a full season and will have a whole summer to shape his squad though, I would be happy to have one for 16/17?

£25 paid to charity by whoever finishes lower?

I think that's a fair assessment. We've had a turbulent decade or so. Pardew, Tevez, Icelandic takeover, Relegation, Allardyce......

Things look to be turning a corner now. Bright young manager, good football, new stadium and the academy looks like it's producing again.

Lets hope you can get back to the way you used to play football. You do have a good manager and hopefully for you guys you can hang on to him. Like us though I think some money will need to be spent in the summer.........
