What a quality player this lad is. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in a Real Madrid shirt next year, would fit nicely into their team hitting the opposition on the break at pace.

Got to win next 2 home games. If we lose against Fulham, time to really worry. This is a very bad time of the season to hit the form we are in just now. Meanwhile Mags, dodgy penalty, off-side goal and flakey OG. WTF

Don't think the penalty was dodgy but it was pretty poor defending by both teams to be fair. Still take the win though <we needed it>

15th is not acceptable i am afraid, and under MON it is not working. Let's see how we finish the season and if a bad run in , Benitez in plus £100m for players, or we will linger for the next 10 years like we are now.

It's got nowt to do with money, Newcastle, Swansea, West Brom and even Everton to a certain extent are all examples of clubs being relatively successful without being big spenders. It's about getting the right manager, to get the right players. You are right it's not working for MON at the minute and I still have doubts it ever will, this new modern football everybody is playing seems to have just passed him by. Give him another full season though and if we are still playing the same ****e with the same results then it's time to look at changing.
 
You're gonna have to get rid of MoN regardless IMO as he is utterly atrocious in the transfer market as proved everywhere he's been really

Ah yes - terrible at Villa with Ashley Young and Stewart Downing among others - Really bad here with Steven Fletcher.

Must've been **** at Celtic as well as they only won the league with him!
