Does anybody know why Cattermole is taking so long to return from his back injury?

Initially it was said that he needed about 4 weeks rest. He sustained this injury on 28th Dec, so why is he taking so long?

Im a big fan of Catt, but he always seems injured or suspended! We desperatly need our midfield beefing up, that was proved last night and against the Geordies!!

catts is a big miss thats why we got muntari and with mayler breaking down again ,muntari will have to watch the cards as the refs have tightend up a bit since he played for pompy and he is like catts in that respect
 
think bruce has known how long catts was going to be out but kept it quiet as not to drive the price up for bringing in players after we sold bent and clubs thinking we have money to burn and we were in need of a midfielder ,they said he had to rest it for four weeks but has known it to be longer i bet, pure speculation on my part like

Could be true.

Facts are, we have Muntari now, so lets not gamble on Catts fitness and get him back only when he's 100%.

I'm a huge fan of Catts.
 
agreed bruceysbeak catts has come back to soon before and was out longer for it just a bit worried about this latest injury sounds a bit like the one richards had with his back and he was out an age hope not like
