    It's all about choosing the right one mate, I paid £134k for mine off plan and next door just sold for £202k. 4 years. It's not just the quality you need to look at it's location etc as well.

    Try Washington or Elba park -a new development on Chester road near Shiney Row with good offers.
    Both places have good transport links to Gods Country Town and the Dark Side :emoticon-0148-yes:
    Also Washington New Town was built with good links to major industrial areas of the NE except the metro <doh>
