So many factors at play. Crooks looks so much fitter. Giles looks like he's got a point to prove. Drameh looks like he's got a point to prove. Lundstram seems a good signing. McBurnie imminent. Ndala looks a good signing. Can we avoid bad injuries? Jakirovic looks to be getting the best out of what we've got. It's only pre-season - are we starting to get carried away? Ajayi looks a beast but can he stay fit? How much of the youth step up? Millar and Belloumi due back but will they have changed? Matazo will be like a new signing but will he come back the same? Gelhardt might be back. Akintola looks to be coming in. Destan sounds like good cover, at the very least. Will the new signings gel quickly?

7th - this is the most positive I've been at the start of a season since 14/15 season it's probably masked by how confused I was at the start of last season
Provided by two wasters who hardly turned the world upside down with their dazzling careers or skills.. Just a pair of washed out has beens who now think they know summat. Typical BBC no-nothing bollox.
With my head I’m going 13th-15th, based on why we have now and before the embargo verdict is made. We’ve got enough to be well clear of a relegation scrap (injuries permitting). Come Jan millar and Mo should be flying hopefully and Matazo should be close to a return. I’ll re-evaluate in Jan and maybe a charge for last last playoff place might be possible (we have to dream).
Now the dust has settled, I will say 10th with some optimism. Its really about keeping the starting 11 fit with the little bit of depth (quality depth). Still gonna book a hotel just in case! AWOOGA
I doubt anyone knows how we’ll do this season. We have players to hurt anyone but that’s not enough at this level. A lot will depend on keeping important players available when it’s two games a week. UTT.
