How many on here gave us a hope of staying up last year going in to the Liverpool game ? Not many i reckon ( I honestly can't be bothered to trawl back and look now). I'm proud to say I never gave up last season (like so many did) and I won't give up this season until its a mathematical impossibility to stay up. It would be utter madness to throw the towl in at such an early stage and part and parcel of being a football fan is having belief in your team, whatever is thrown at you. I'm still one of the few who believe we can get out of it and am very proud of the fact.
I would take 17th but have belief that the team will get it together as do my daughters. If we didn't think that then why continue to cheer them on as until its mathematically impossible to stay up then and only then will I accept relegation.
18th. I fear that the odds are stacked against us staying up, however I fully expect Harry to make a fight of it and to be put through the emotional rollercoaster before finally going down.
