I can't hide it. The question of whether Bale is a quality player, who is exciting to watch isn't the question here. It's who he currently plays for
"After just one season in Italy, however, he was to make a sensational return. Having been made aware that their former star had failed to fully settle in Turin (it was like living in a foreign country, said Rush at the time), Liverpool jumped at the chance to sign him once more." from http://www.liverpoolfc.com/history/past-players/ian-rush
I know mate ... you have no idea how bad it was to watch Tierry ****ing Henry for me....or Berkamp...or pires....I better stop it's making feel sick
Dortmund? They got beaten 4-1 at home by Hamburg at the weekend and are 15 points behind Bayern. They're not as strong as some people seem to think.
Probably not the best person to be giving advice to Bale about moving abroad then http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21415113
Arsenal fan Gareth Bale should be offered the chance to play for his beloved Gooners. He could team up with his old mate Theo Walcott and Welsh compatriot Aaron Ramsey.
you'll see how much of a fan he is in a couple of weeks when he sticks 1 ,even more past you,and rips your defence a new one!
It must be like a dagger though his heart having to line up for the lesser team in North London against his beloved Arsenal. Poor Bale. If Spurs were an honourable club they'd let Arsenal fan Bale leave and realise his dream of playing for his boyhood club.
Arsenal fan Bale is obviously a professional, so even playing against his favourite club he can't let his loyalties get in the way of his job. However as his old school mate and now Wales rugby captian Sam Warburton revealed, Bale used to dream of playing for Arsenal. Poor Bale, it must sting a bit having to wear that Spurs shirt knowing that his heart is with Arsenal. He must yearn to pull on the red jersey and wear the cannon proudly on his chest.
