    What does that mean exactly?

    Lack of effort?
    Not getting stuck in?
    No passion?
Failing to roll your sleeves up when the chips are down? (Nice double-cliche, well done me)
    No desire to win?

Can you be 'committed' even if you don't display all these qualities?

Which of our players do you perceive as being committed?

    Taylor?
    Chico?
    Michu?
    Shelvey?
    Vasquez?
    Canas?

    Which players lack commitment?

    Dyer?
    Routledge?
    de Guzman?
    Pozuelo?
    Rangel?

    What about these?

    Williams?
    Bony?
    Davies?

What do you do with players that you perceive to consistently lack commitment?

As long as you agree with it. You conveniently ignore the pundits who give the opposite view.

Norway - what has happened to your thread about Michu? Can't respond to that for some reason.

(For the record I was going to say that having your best player out injured is never a good thing. However his enforced break will possible solve the conundrum - is Bony better playing up front by himself without Michu getting in his way? (or getting a better service from his fellow Spaniards......)
