This universe is in the deepest bit of space with Millions if not billions of parallel universes surrounding it there will be people just like us all on those universes when one universe explodes another universe comes in and has nothing then when you die you will get put on a parallel universe as a baby on the other universes there will be different laws and different people
After much research I have now found the answer to OPS question - STRING THEORY
It's simple; the universe implodes, after getting jolly big. It then goes into a single entity which may be infinitely small, where normally stable gravitational tiny sub-atomic diddy things go a bit schizoid about the state they're in, they get infinitely energetic and it all starts again. It's called the Big Bounce - hardly worth thinking about really
But how can you be a spec within an infinite space without it not being infinite. Space, or nothingness is by characeterised as the area that empty and therefore implies limits and bouindaries. It doens't matter really, as we are all just a thought in a computer that has become sentient.
If we can completely and finitely define an atom and the other bits that make up the universe such as dark matter, then we can recreate it. And a future race of humans will definitely do this the way our current programmes run simulations such as Sim City. It's interesting in that our universe behaves in exactly the same way as an object-orientated computer programme, in other words, a future generation of humans would create the virtual universe in this way. The other thing is that if we all are entities in software, written in the future for someone else's virtual world, then there is no way we could 'know' this, neither could we know if the speed the progamme is running millions of times faster (or slower) than our current perception of time. A bit like the Big Bounce, the evidence is grounded at least as much in philosophical reasoning as it is defined by Scientific proof.
