    I agree also, but if a player wants out and there's nothing to say he does, they will go. Bent and Gyan has proved this.

    Getting back to the OP, I really dont want this player at all, but...

    I have every respect for wolves in this, and none at all for fletcher/his agent.

    We get pissed off when a "bigger" club comes in for our players, but yet when another club hold us to ransom we take a hissy fit, fair play to them i say.

    but, the 1st thing Wolves would have done when they offered Fletcher a contract was, If we get relegated your wages will go down by ##%, 1st thing Fletcher and his agent should have done is, if you go down, I want a relegation release clause of 3-5 million, not £10m+ or none at all.

    Wolves can keep him for me, I just dont think he will improve us at all, and he wont score 15-20 goals either imho.

    There are plenty of examples of clubs being stubborn though, and they are well within their right to. Modric, for one.
