The difference from yelling instructions to, well, just yelling (Hamer).

Yes it's quality yelling alright. You wouldn't be able to play Pope and Hughes in the same team, or the players would get earache.

In theory, yes, but as they are two of our few competent players we have to fit them both in. As someone posted, the answer might be to play 5-3-2. We have three decent CBs (plus cover). Wiggins and Wilson are naturals as wing-backs. In fact Wiggins has always played like a wing-back regardless of where he was supposed to be playing and left Jackson or a CB to cover for his absences. Just need an attacking and creative midfielder to play behind the two strikers. Jackson is too slow and injury-prone, Adjarevic is too unfit, but they could share the job until we find better. (There is a French guy playing for Bournemouth who would be ideal).

Although Billy correctly states that Cousins and Poyet played together well in the u21s, they, and many of our other players, were so much above the general standard that almost any combination would look good. We normally used three out-and-out strikers and it worked, but it wouldn't work in the Championship (although JR made a farcical attempt towards the end of the last game).

4-2-3-1 is the answer, although the lack of any of the 3 and the 1 is the answer!

I fear again today another clean sheet for the opposing team, the result will depend on how well we can defend, anyone know what the lowest amount of goals scored and still survive is in the Championship?
