Jonathan Bond in goal for WBA. Hope he does well - having survived GBH from Poleon (Leeds - but that is tautological)

George Byers scored his first goal for Swansea today and was the winner. Our goalie out on loan to Kilmarnock saved a Rangers penalty in their cup tie.
Two former WFC left-backs in the dugout at Roots Hall yesterday. I only watched the match from 40 minutes onwards, when it was already 1-3, but I could see what KJ meant about Pompey's lack of steel in defence. Disappointed he didn't use Pitman - it would've been good to see a Jerseyman in a pro match on TV.
Well done to Kenny Jackett on leading his team to victory in Wembley . Sounds like it was a cracking game in from of a massive crowd .
To take the title of a WFC Fanzine, the EFL and their "fit and proper" persons test are Blind and Stupid, and the current Bolton owner is desperate.
He is just a front man (all show no dou ) he is being backed and will be taking his cut for running the club
Layun played for Monterrey yesterday, he was on the winning side against their arch rivals in the first leg of the semi-final of the liguilla, which is a top 8 from the league knockout tournament for the title. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miguel_LayĂșn Obviously, I may be biased but he played RB yesterday and was much better than what we have at the moment. He is a very versatile player too. It is a shame he never set it alight at Watford.
Went on to be a top player for Porto and Mexico! No promotion for Kenny Jackett but maybe for Luke O'Nien who was kicked by a Portsmouth fan as he fell into the crowd. Credit to him for not reacting.
Slavisa Jokanovic is to be interviewed for the Middlesbrough manager vacancy within the next 24 hours, Sky Sports are reporting. The Teesside team are looking for a new boss after they parted ways with Tony Pulis when he failed to get them into the Championship play-offs.
