    I feel relieved to know he is safe. I have seen at first hand what mental illness can do and wouldn't wish it on anyone. My friend who hung himself was as articulate as Clarke and it was a joy to sit with him and share a bottle. There was something within however that kept him from seeing life as it actually is. I still miss him and just so pleased that his wife who found him has come to terms with it.

    If it is true that the FA was warned when hiring Sampson as Hope Powell's successor, then the blame should be put squarely at those who appointed him and if Aluko's allegations are true, well done to her for speaking out. Someone should point out to DJ that someone who isn't a team player doesn't earn over 100 caps for their country, which is a number he never got anywhere near.
