Udinese flying with all our 'rejects'. Does this mean the Italian league is significantly lower standard - or something more elementary, like coaching, team building , blah blah blah, or is it just our generosity to the family that rescued us from the clutches of Bass (tard) ini
Probably just made better signings as well who fit the team well and stay fit! We all know Geri D and Pereyra (captain apparently!) can be good on their day and played in teams that beat big boys with us as well. Does their team include players who can kick with both feet rather than rely on one like some of ours or players who can score at the top level? EDIT: Seen their squad and seem to have a lot of Internationals and players who have Serie A experience. Seem to have 2 players on loan from British clubs too. Of course this start is very impressive but it's not been easy for Udinese at times in recent seasons and they have had a lot of managers too. Juve lost to Monza too so maybe the top teams aren't that great and if you go at them are beatable.
Success on Instagram titled a photo of him today - 'They never believed in us'. I'm not sure if he refers to us at Watford or not.
A real Iceman. Deadly in the air and not bad with his feet . https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/22316205.striker-helguson-talks-two-spells-watford/
Better than Billy Jennings? Although he seemed to have that magical ability to jump then hover, so perhaps timing wasn't an issue for him.
He certainly does - another of my all time favourite players. But I just didn't think that a young whippersnapper like ATR would have seem him play.
Before my time too - sorry . As was Billy Jennings although know he went on and score for West Ham in the cup final ?
