I do agree, although he said from the start he knew full well what he was getting into when he took the job, but as the saying goes you can't polish a turd and that's what we are at the moment.

Well said RR and I think it is becoming more evident by the minute that we are a very poorly run club based on the boards history of bad decisions or in some cases no decisions at all. Will they ever get it right?
Mike i have said it before SoD if we depart with his services, or he walks will go onto better things elsewhere. Quite frankly he is a scapegoat of our rotten club. i am amazed he is wanting more of it,I really do think he wants to succeed here. I am as pissed of as the next fan,but i really do feel for the guy,it would be so so impressive and if he could stop the club sinking to the depths of division four.
