That is a really old picture, my friend. The west stand, I believe, is no longer there; instead, you'll find a standing area with a row of tall trees behind it.

Indeed. Google Maps shows some similarity in the open ends of the grounds, especially in the overhead shots. It was the strips that changed my mind (Stranraer's blue with white trim), not the extremely outdated shot of Somerset Park, which has changed quite considerably in recent times.
