When?

I would suggest that you scrap the third tier status for Grayson (as there is nobody to compare with) and only use his management of Leeds in the Championship (against the other Leeds United managers who managed the club in this level). I don't think his record if that impressive, if anything it is average. Blackwell got us to a final for the play offs, so in theory he is better than Grayson.

 

Aaaand once again, you totally fail to understand perspective.

Blackwell had more money than Grayson. Of course he was going to get a better league finish. But did he get more out of his resources? Don't be silly.
