'17.06% of the overall number of season card holders eligible to vote said 'Yes to Hull Tigers' Did they miss this out on purpose?
Like it or not , Allam calls the CTWD group a couple of thousand noisy voices - the 9,000 is an alarming figure for those arguing that it is such an IMPORTANT part of the clubs history . Both sides can cut the stats to suit their agenda i know but Allam can easilly say not enough people are BOTHERED either way . From my own personal canvass of friends workmates and family i'd say it pretty much is this result in a nutshell
I've never been keen on ballet, even when that Rudolph Nearenough was on the go, leaves me cold, much like Opera but worse. I think it's the tights that put me off!
It says they don't give a ****, and nothing more than that. A sad truth. That's pretty much the worst thing that could happen. Another year of the club hating its fans and telling us to **** off the day before every big game. Another year of slimey Ehab taking the piss in his interviews every few weeks. Another year of having to explain to the uneducated/uninterested in Hull why it's such a big deal while they say things like "He's put a lot of money in though hasn't he?" and now "But the fans voted for it didn't they?". The Allams just need to **** off and let us enjoy supporting the club again without all their ****.
If the Allams try to fight it legally there is a huge possibility that UEFA would ban us from the Europa League. How would you feel about the Allams then? Would you be happy with them holding back the club for a personal battle?
Not really, the people I know that tell me they didn't vote certainly give a **** and are very much against the name change. They felt that voting gave the sham ballot credibility that it didn't warrant.
Well yes there'll be people like that I'm sure. But I doubt it accounts for 9000. I think most of the 9000 are people who don't go on forums, don't go to away games, and don't think about City every day of the week like we do. They didn't want to vote because it doesn't really affect them. Fair play to them. We may have 18000 season ticket holders, but we only have about 10000 supporters.
They didn't though as the ballot didn't ask that question. If you wanted the club to continue under the Allams' leadership you only had one box to tick. Only 17.06% of season ticket holders voted for that option.
Where'd these knucklefucks go for this press release, the Afghan School of Ballot Monitoring? A LIE IN THE FIRST SENTENCE. The "majority of votes cast" would mean more than 50%. 2,565 / 5,874 = 29.9%. Unless they're counting "I don't care" as tacit support. Egyptians can't do democracy, obviously.
The ballot means **** all anyway so who cares? The FA will say no then Allam is ****ed because he can't do anything about it apart from appeal back to the FA
