The recent statement from HCST following their meeting with the club about the E1-E3 situation mentioned that the club have now started selling tickets in there again. Is there any truth in this at all? I'm not aware of anything having changed, but I don't understand how the trust could've got that wrong.

I'm hoping that they've missed a lot of the actual discussions in that 'feedback', as it just seems to be a rehash of the previous press releases from the club, and doesn't seem to suggest any realistic options for a resolution were put forward.

As I mentioned in the other thread, it's a bit much to expect the club to have pointed out the nature of that area to people daft enough to buy tickets there unknowingly, but I wondered if anyone there considered suggesting offering those that don't want to be in a raucous area the opportunity of a seat move so that an atmosphere can be encouraged.

It'd be interesting to know if any suggestions to change were made, so we'd maybe have a clear reason why not.

I'm not sure I believe that there's really an issue with people going in there, not liking the atmosphere but being unaware that the other 90% of the ground is more to their liking with seats readily available.

But I agree with you, the whole discussion around this issue has been devoid of anyone clearly stating what the problems and proposed solutions are.
