As she said that the decision will be made public on Monday does that mean that Sainsbury's and Rovers know
Apparently the participants are informed of the decision the day before the Court Day. They are not permitted to make any public comment until after the Court hearing.
My guess is that the day before refers to a working day (as laid down by the Couts sitting days) so Rovers and Sainsburys would have known on Friday . At least thats my view. So long as justice has been done I'll be happy, if not then Rovers really need to ensure that they get proper legal advice in any potential future issues. IE Wycombe (failure, Sainsburys ????????), we do not have money to line the pockets of Lawyers and such. No win no fee springs to mind.
God, imagine knowing and you can't tell anyone - does anybody on here know anyone on the Board? Are they happy or sad this weekend?
Now assuming Rovers Board knew the outcome last Friday I honestly (and personally) do not think that they would be stupid enough after their past errors to lead (us) the supporters on by posting on The Clubs Official Web site a picture of the new UWE Stadium above the judgent day details. If it was buried done and dusted and had no chance of happening why inflict further punishment instead of honesty on Gasheads around the globe. Just a hunch but Monday could be as big a day for the Club as the win at Wembley.
Dunford took to twitter saying he has no inside knowledge of the decision but is very confident of a positive outcome. Now do you believe that he has no inside knowledge of this outcome?
It's still up on their website. They are still too busy reading the nationals for their next story. So they haven't had time to change it.
