He'll probably put a Spurs flag up himself next year and thank you for adding him to the waiting list.

Don't torment yourself thinking about how long it may last.

If the goons don't beat Saints today, then all we need is a victory over Citeh and the deal is done. It would also make the prem interesting if Manure were to win, reducing Citehs lead to 10 pts with 5 to go, they couldn't choke could they?

City are still home and hosed. Only need 2 wins if utd win all theirs and they have a very easy run in. Swansea West Ham Huddersfield Brighton and Southampton. If there are not 2 wins there I'll be Gooner Disciple all next year.

I'm more concerned about celebrating St Arseholes Day, closely followed by St Chokskis Day. But if Citeh don't get two wins out of their last 6, we'll hold you to that GD<laugh>

Like Citeh, the question is when those 6 pts are
taken, and bragging rights on whether St
Notteringhams day comes earlier this season
than last (was week 34) .

I'm looking forward to Champions League Confirmation Day. That, along with the increased sponsorship and commercial revenue that it spawns, is going to pay for a lot of our new home and keep us progressing nicely. That means a lot more to us as a club than just being above them or Chelsea again.

As funny as the chasm between us and 'them' is, they've become an irrelevance to us in footballing terms. I expect to beat them and more often than not, now, we do. MP's league record against Arsenal is...P8 W3 D4 L1. In most of those draws, we've been the better team, too.

Now, we need to exploit our status as as CL regulars and ensure that those other 2 London clubs get used to that Thursday-Sunday nonsense, with regular trips to parts of Eastern Europe that had never previously been heard of. We just need Atletico to win the EL, maybe Nayim could come out of retirement to put one in for them?

Ironically, we have Citeh to thank for that.
Since they won the lottery the annual fight is now
6 into 4, so the Goons cannot even claim they are
the reason we missed out on the top 4.

And in the same way we use BC/AD to denote
time epochs in the west, I propose our neighbours
use BLE/LY (before the Library era / Library year)
when spouting their increasingly Historypool "banter" .

Says a lot that the loss needed two blatantly offside goals, too...
