He still looked knackered after his 30 minute cameo though!

Arca is still only 30. It's tragic how he's wasted the best years of his career at Middlesbrough <doh>

He plays in an amateur league, with little competition. Adapting back to the euro scene will take a couple of games. Glad to see he's lost none of his finishing ability though.

I know he delivered a sweet set piece though. I feel sorry for Seb Larsson, he's basically Arca junior.

I think you nailed it in the OP, tbh. He's not a Man U reject, because they're desperate to keep him.

    I'm sure he's worth a punt.

Yeah but my physical fitness is atrocious <laugh>

It's not an amateur league, it's deceptively good. Henry is the poorer of the two main strikers at Red Bulls (in terms of all round play). I'm not saying i don't like him (he's my favourite non-newcastle player) it's just he's definitely on the wane. Although you're right, his finishing is still brilliant!

Who's the other Red Bull striker? Maybe he's worth a punt if he makes the great man look average.

Sewelly. I've read the whole thread on this and I'm 100% with you. Smith was always sh*te and still is and it's embarrassing people are defending the sponger who hasn't got the balls or ambition to jog on.

He's called Luke Rodgers. He's pretty much only better because of his pace, it allows him to get in better positions to assist and stuff. Henry was still 3rd top scorer last season though!

Yep, Luke Rodgers the former League One bad boy! <laugh> I guess it must be an amateur league then!

You had. A number of posters who think we should have been happy paying £60,000 a week in the Championship for journeymen.

I agree with Sewelly. Smith was average in the Championship. We played better once Guthrie was CM.
