I'm sure you said, Sir Alex Ferguson wasn't going to sign any strikers?

I'm guessing that Nohlman has read in the Sun that Berbabtov is leaving and is taking this as gospel. <doh>

Congratulations. You have successfully stated the bleeding obvious <ok>

I don't see why you're so convinced Berbatov will leave. He wants a new contract and we have offered him one. We're just not willing to meet his demands for £140,000 a week and offer a three year contract extension to a 30 year old who probably won't play in most of the big games next season.

Forlan? Start with him and Rooney, Hernandez gradualy more involved.

Welbeck can certainly doa job for the squad but he isn't an out and out goal scorer imo. Macheda has flopped disastrously at Sampdoria and isn't good enough it appears. Great finisher but would get outrun by a snail and has the touch of an overly aggressive rapist. Couple that with an apparently poor attitude and he probably doesn't have a future at United.

Tbh, I think Rooney and Hernandez are clearly first choice, with Welbeck a very good option on the bench. Berbatov? Well it depends on where he sees himself. He's good enough to be first choice at a top team - but not United imo.
