Aye but some words referred to sexual parts aren't really swear words are they? cock - a male bird. Tits - little birds looking for food in your garden. fanny - that lass that used to light the gas lamps in London. prick - an injection. knob - opens the door. balls - something used in various sports. flange - something you'd turn out on a lathe. mot - something you take your car for.
have you noticed that we exaggerate when saying swear words like F**K, C**T, W**K etc. I wonder if its a northern thing as our accent is hard and raw, yet when listening to a majority of southerners where I live, their swearing just doesn't have the intensity of the way we say it. By the way my favourite phrase is YOU FUC*IN USELESS CU*T!!! (normally directed at myself for missing a stupid fuc*in cu*ting put in golf.

Once played in a comp with a guy who's language was just disgusting, but only at his own game. His mate said he was always like that. Back in the bar, surrounded by quite a few of his mates, I asked him with a straight face whether he'd ever sought treatment for his Tourrettes. His mate said next round out he swore on the first green, must have remembered my comment and never swore the rest of the round. I swear as much as the next guy but there's no excuse for it when its just constant effing and blinding.

There are those who can`t manage to string a few words together without it being interspersed with obscenities. Indicative of a distinct lack of vocabulary. Purely my opinion of course but what the **** do I know.
I do tend to swear quite a lot when i'm in "man" company and the drink has been flowing but when i'm out in company with ladies I don't tend to swear at all, don't know if any of you fuc*ers are like that

i definitely have a built-in censor which automatically kerbs foul language depending on the company (parents, in-laws, children) but it stops working in SoL. can't imagine why.
Think it might have something to do with passion and emotion. I haven't a built in censor, its just the wife lol.
