eh? what does that mean? of course they aren't 'mates'... i've never (knowingly) even met any of them! doesn't mean i don't have an affinity with any of them though.
I'm very impressed with them. I was just playing devil's advocate. I think they all bring something to the side and lets face it, we were a pretty decent side to start with.
kenny, the big thing is that they all bring something to the table. they all add something to what we already had. its great to see lambert building a 'team', a group of players he can mould into his way of thinking. when you see poor old warnock (never thought i'd say that!) he is having to get whatever comes his way in terms of transfers. even rodgers has had his hands tied in the respect that three of their best players have left. we've had an excellent summer in the market.
One thing yet again the scumbo's fail to grasp, is Lambert's a manager who gets the best out of his players he motivates the team and knows how to use tactics. We're in good nick fitness wise, hence why our players gave it 110% for over 90 minutes last season in most games, I bet fat boy Scotland would of been having an asthma attack after 45 minutes of running around. Also we're building for the future too Holts our oldest player at 30 with the exception of him, Hoolahan and Lappin the rest of our squad is young. I'm sure down the road you guys will be enjoying the age concern cup next season or at least supplying the next lot of journeymen for the Masters.
Yep, a league 1 team that finished 2nd in the Championship and got promoted. A league 1 side which thrashed their local rivals not once but twice, putting 9 goals past them. A league 1 side that were only beaten 8/9 times in the Championship season and scored the most goals. Don't make me laugh. You support a team that flirted with relegation for almost the whole season and were saved by a PL player who got voted player of the season after few weeks. WTF does that say about your team. You now bring in a bunch of failures and has beens, I mean Chopra ha ha ha . Take the piss all you like, I think i would rather be in our position than yours. Can't wait until the beginning of the season. We have the manager, players who want to play for Norwich (not just turn up for the money) and the support. We will give it a good go, and I for one think we will stay up........................ have a good season JWM
Can you honestly say that you would not prefer to be in the position Norwich are in with the players and management we have than the position Ipswich are in with their set up? I mean really, honestly?
