    They don't have to be journeymen - look at the players Stoke and Sunderland bring in. We've signed more quality than Norwich this summer.

    Well its like Superman has said earlier in this thread that you only sign the best players from other clubs!

    A striker thats never played in the Premiership and was found to be garbage against England! <ok>

    A striker that couldn't cut it at Everton so went on loan to Crystal Palace and struggled there! <laugh>

    A winger who was good at League 1 level but has never played any higher!

    A guy from Leeds who's not even good enough for them!

    WOW you guys are gorna be a real force next season! <ok>

    warky, yorkie is arguing that ipswich have signed better players this summer than ourselves. even the most ardent of town fans can surely see that this is a laughable suggestion?! how exactly do you know if the players we've bought are good enough for the premier league if they've not played there? if they had all failed in that league then fair enough - but they haven't - they are being rewarded with the chance to play in the top division because of how well they have performed in the leagues below. your lot have managed to sign nathan ellington - a player who has failed in each of the past 6 seasons. he has only had two decent seasons in his career. it seems to me THEY must have been his blip <laugh>

    obviously there are reliable tweeters and some not-so reliable. this came from a very reputable source however, a poster by the name of @ipswich_crazy, so i doubt there will be any issues there...

    Am i right in saying that JAY E.T was captain of the Arsenal youth team that won the fa youth cup a team which also contained Angela Lansbury(Norwichs best player last year according to Twitter)
