Sunderland would have been ideal. The Swansea thing could more of a queston about whether they want to be saved from the drop or try to play pretty football and go down as they are. Wouldn't be my choice for Wales with the youngsters coming through - we need them to develop playing football.
Pulis would be better for Wales than Giggs. Why would Wales want the latter when no clubs do? Anyway, Giggs would never turn up for friendlies.
I wouldn't mind him in the wales set up tbh...........I wanted him at Cardiff a while back but we got a manager doing fine and dandy as we speak ps sparks the jacks aint even playing good football this season 2 go down dude, they are truly dreadful, its probably down 2 selling all the best players and falling out of luck finding rough diamonds......looks like lady luck has left the building.
Yup I know aber - if you look I said "try to play pretty football and go down as they are" - they're clearly way out of their depth at the mo.
oh yeah I didn't see that sowee .......they do in fact remind me of the orchestra that sunk with the titanic at the moment, sort of waiting for the inevitable
Not sure he’d have wanted to drop down a division. Certainly not suited to international football. Coleman should have waited a week longer as he’d have had a good shout to have gone to WBA. Clement must be looking over his shoulder.....
If you take a look on the swans board it's not just Clement. The outpouring of vitriol toward jenkins is huge.
And quite right too..... Mr Jinks is a shyster of the first water. Some think he may be driving the club down to buy back again nice and cheap but I don't think he has the nous. He's just cheap. Must admit, I think I might have known him in his childhood. Knew a guy of that name from chapel....bit of a weedy type.
I got pilloried on their board years ago when I said if he loved the club he' d have stuck cash in BEFORE they went bust, but then it would have cost him a lot more. It was his head not his heart making the decision as it was when he cashed in. Big U turn in the views of many over there. Got shouted down for questioning him previously, get shouted down for pointing out the good things he' s done now. At least we've always known Tan was a bit odd.
Back on topic. I see Bellers and Hartson have thrown their hats in for the Wales job. Bellers , Hartson
[QUOTE="ccfcremotesupport, post: 11153669, member: 1003134" .......and that Hartson stays with his punditry.[/QUOTE] Hartson is as bad a pundit as there is. He is terrible. Even more annoying than Danny Murphy.
I think Craig has got his sights on the Cardiff job in a few years - maybe even immediately post Warnock, but I hope that soesn't happen for another couple of years yet. The National team manager's job is a world away from day to day club management and I can see an older head being appointed.
