What's happenining with Sinclair?

I just want it done. Why are these deals taking so long to get sorted ? If they want him - pay up and get on with it.
 
I find myself caring less & less about what happens with Sinclair , was an extremely important player for the team the last few seasons but not so much anymore . Would prefer the 5 million or so for him & be done with it ,especially with the fact he wants to go .
 
The entire "will he,won't he", Sinclair saga, has become boring/embarrassing/overdrawn,(a bit like my bank account),and I wish it would resolve itself.
 
My rep power has leapt from 3 to 4,that's an increase of 33.333%. How did that happen? What triggers it? Can someone please explain.

You should be 27 now,but nothing has happened.
 
This repping thing is absolutely stupid.
