    Every morning I have Alpen.
    Every lunch I have soup
    Every dinner I have porridge
    An by **** do I ****e aplenty.

At the weekend I have a more diverse diet but through the week, that's what I eat and I'm doing 3-4 5km runs per week too.

We usually go to the Khukuri which is actually a Nepalese restaurant but most of the dishes are just regional variations on Indian meals. Would highly recommend it next time you're in Edinburgh.

It's also not too far from Haymarket bogs so if you fancy a **** <ok>
