I have to admit I encouraged him lots and would still do tomorrow if he were here.
whether his stories were true or not it was all just a bit of fun and I quite enjoyed the banter (although I concede he overstepped the mark at times).
in any forum you need a good mix of characters to help the wider 'blend'.
I hope he comes back in some form to be honest and is allright as he is the kind of chap who would camo up.... grab a gun and sit around in random ditches over stanhope way waiting for the 'invasion to start'.... whilst not realising it is -2c and freezing to death.

Snuff videos are beyond the pale, don't want him back after that. Anything else you can laugh off, but that was horrendous.
 
Posting a snuff video was extremely disturbing behaviour! People who post like that need to consider getting themselves sectioned. Not considering posting on a internet forum!

Considering he posted that snuff video shortly after threatening physical harm against another poster (and not for the first time) I think it is a no brainer that he should be gone for good. I'm all for encouraging diversity but we don't need a psycho.

I didn't mind him at first, but when he first began to be labelled as a pessimist he seemed to go out of his way to live up to it. It looked to me that he made too much effort to make everything he posted so negative.

The Sky dish incident was funny though, if not a little concerning.

He was banned when his attention seeking reached new levels that no person with an ounce of common sense and a conscience would go to. The Snuff video was just the catalyst that pushed him from temp ban to perma ban however. It's not like it wasn't coming, he was progressively getting worse with his threats and mentalist attitude over the period of a few months that it was clear he was on borrowed time here.
