Yeah, as an ex-stockman I can testify that I regularly broke all the bones in a cow's body and left them in cemeteries with broken legs. I'm also qualified to perform artificial insemination and I fail to see how that's more stressful to a cow than having a two ton bull on yer back. The breeding stock are kept for many years and their welfare is incredibly important, as is that of their offspring that were always stunned before slaughter. Now, I'm aware I'm only speaking for myself and that there are 'bad apples' out there that, when caught, are heavily prosecuted but to assume that we're all heartless animal abusers is way, way wide of the mark.

If consuming meat is cruel and animals are equal to humans, why aren't we allowed to piss where we want? Why can't dogs drive buses? We aren't equal at all, not even a little bit. Many vegans I know value animal life over that of a human. If you don't want to be part of the species, I suggest you move to the Serengheti and live with hungry lions. See how much respect they give you.
i would put them on a rudderless boat and let the ****ers drift out to sea never to be seen again. Better still, put them in a cage full of rabid dogs and let them really suffer.
