When you think about taxes, yes Harry has tried to pull a flanker, how many top business men have done the very same thing and never been charge let alone get to trial. Look at Vodafone making a deal with HRMC over there tax bill reportable hundred of millions. There are worse out there in there office blocks than Harry. I don't have any information other than what's already in the public domain about the tax case, but the allegations certainly don't surprise me after a lot of strange money was once traded on the betting exchanges on him becoming next Newcastle manager - or shall I say 'not' to become next Newcastle manager.
He's a dodgy bastard but the prospect of someone going to Jail for fiddling money while all sorts of violent and perverted chaps get Probation and the like never stood well with me. Not condoning ripping people off but a bit of consistancy.

Harry won't go to jail, he'll have too much of a defence, as he really doesn't pay enough attention to his accounts, prime example was when his accountant phone him up, and asked where were all the cheques from the Sun paper, Harry replied I don't know aren't they there, when the accountant checked further, the Sun hadn't payed him for months, in error, so good old Harry has got evidence of the fact that he doesn't articulate anything much other than football, hope he gets off to be honest, as the biggest crooks are in Westminster, and just take a look at the crook Blair these days! Come on Harry give them a bloody good run aye!....................
I hope he gets off, problem is he flew to Monaco to open that account! It sucks, but I think he's going to get a suspended sentence at best... as much as I love him, you can't have one rule for the rich and one rule for everyone else. If I'd have done that, I'd be in jail by now!
