I will be renewing my pass. I never really trusted the Allams any way and despite their 'philanthropy', I have always felt their has been some hidden agenda behind the scenes (I still do). First and foremost, I support Hull City and if paying my season pass keeps my club alive then that is what I will do. If we as fans feel that the Allams are no longer the right people to be in charge of OUR club, then the more voices in protest at the games the better. At the end of the day, the loss of Barmby is not the end of the world although I am bitterly disappointed by this, there is a whole set of new opportunities on the horizon, so long as the Allams don't employ Megson!!
On behalf of the fans who can't afford a season pass can I say i'll be going to the games I can afford to go to. In short, i'm not deserting the team who i've been supporting for over 40 years, the Club is bigger than anyone.
I wasn't renewing anyway, so the circumstances don't change that, but I certainly won't change my mind about attending games just because of this! I didn't walk away through the 90's, this is just a small blip for Hull City!
They won't send them out with 15% increase when we don't know who the manager is, they'll be at least another couple of weeks.
Good call, if it's Brownie they can afford a 100% increase and demand will still double. I'll buy two, that's for sure.
I'm not taking the piss at all, I fail to see how bringing our greatest manager back to right some wrongs is anything other than a step in the right direction.
It's a step in the naughty direction. He won't even have been discussed as an option, we might get a good manager, we might get a ****er, but either way it won't be Brownie.
If hes one that's put themselves forward, then yes, he will get discussed as an option. The Allams have stated they're exercising due diligence. Why wouldn't they discuss him? He is also, the most successful former City manager still alive.
Had decided well before recent events that me and her indoors wouldnt be renewing as will be spending more time abroad(indoors is retiring) though we will be attending KC when in UK-
