all be doing during the close season? I'm going to be busy working on the Olympics, torch relay etc so no holidays for me before September! What will the rest of you be doing to keep yourselves amused?

Going to Mauritius for pretty much the whole of June. The company I work for have given me an extra 10 days holiday this year, so going to make good use of it by taking the missus away. **** I'm getting old, may have to plan a 4/5 nights in Ibiza for the closing parties.

I'll be sitting at home spending some time with the dogs, grateful for the long time between uni years. Sleep is number one on the agenda, then ticking down the time until August and September where football and American Football finally gets going again, following Hampshire in the mean time.

Mowing grass, weeding, watering/feeding plants (without hosepipe), hedge trimming, dead heading, hoeing, scaring pigeons/collar doves, bit of decorating, visting family and friends, entertaining family and friends, eating out, going to France, going to Turkey, watching the euro finals, sleeping, going for drives, carrying out daily ablutions, at least once a day telling the very lovely Mrs Godders:emoticon-0115-inlov that she is the most loveliest woman in the whole wide world and that I am hers for ever, checking on what is happening with transfers in and out at St Mary's and posting threads and responses on not606.

Is that what you wanted to know?

Blimey I must be getting old, because apart from the lovely Mrs godders, France and turkey, that mirrors my summer.

Washington for me June/July.....Brisbane November am almost finished the major alterations to the garden (cutting down future maintenance) Putting down membrane and loose stones extending patio and building gazebo. Then providing there is no hose pipe ban pressure washing the other patio and drive way. Topping driveway up with sand between the bricks then resealing same. Mowing the lawns shopping cutting the hedge dead heading the roses. Spending some time on here doing the school run helping the missus with the shopping washing the cars, Painting the garage. Just enough to keep me going a while at any rate.
